It takes a village. When parents, family, friends, and pastors work together, kids get an abundance of examples to learn from. The identity that a person embraces is deeply impacted by how they think as they are growing up.
Lifeline Kids are given access to learn what it looks like to know Jesus in the company of their friends and the many adults who care for them.
On Sunday mornings, Lifeline hosts specially designed services for kids (infants-5th grade) to enjoy and learn starting at 10:15 AM. You can meet our kids’ coordinator, Melissa when you visit us or by email her by clicking this link.
Meet Ms. Melissa
Quest Kids’ Ministry Director
Melissa Vazquez is a fun, encouraging, and imaginative ministry leader who thrives in the company of kids. She is a graduate from UNT and sensed God’s calling into children’s ministry after spending time ministering to kids on mission trips.
Along with her team, Ms. Melissa creates personalized and interactive lessons for children preschool to elementary every Sunday morning and Wednesday evening.
Summer Camps at Lakeview Camp and Retreat Center in Waxahachie, Texas.
Every July, our kids travel to Kid’s Camp for 3 days of games, adventure, and highly engaging Bible lessons for kids. Our kids and camp volunteers join up with dozens of churches from around the state to seek Jesus together along with a LOT of play time at the lake, the pool, the gym, with team games and treasure hunts, and so much more!
Camp sign-ups are open from late fall through late spring. Check in with Ms. Melissa about how to get signed up!
