The Story of Lifeline

Lifeline was planted in 2005 with the vision to start new ministry in Denton. We believe that the story of Lifeline is significant because of our attachment to the story of Christ.

We are committed to being disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus. Jesus said to his disciples, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere (Acts 1:7-8)

When we embrace this calling, we become partners with the Kingdom mission that Jesus began with his Disciples at his resurrection. Today, the people of Lifeline get to be carriers of that great purpose.

In 2005, our founding pastors, Jerry and Karyn Reagan, received this calling and, with great faith, carried it out. Today, our pastors Matt and Allison Liberio continue the work that God generously shared with us many years ago.

Lifeline Timeline

Founded

In 2005, Jerry and Karyn Reagan took a great step of faith as they planted Lifeline in South Denton. For the first nine years of its existence, Lifeline met in schools and community centers as the Lord assembled what would become the core community of Lifeline Church.

Rooted

In 2014, through a series of miracles that can be attributed to the power of God, Lifeline purchased its own facility on the corner of Teasley and Pennsylvania Dr. Formerly a Catholic Church, Lifeline found a permanent home right in the heart of the community where the Reagan’s had been called to start the church.

Entrusted

In 2022, after 17 years of devoted love and hard work, the Reagan family responded to the Lord’s call to Arkansas. July of that year, Matt and Allison Liberio were unanimously selected to lead the church into the next season of ministry.

Today

Today, Lifeline is active and engaged in the Denton community. With a steadily growing church community filled with a diverse collection of men, women, and children, people from all walks of life are encountering the grace of our savior, Jesus.
